Giveaway!!!

Tell your friends, tell your mom, tell your sisters, tell your daughters……. Beantown Chroncs and Hoops for Hope are having a GIVEAWAY!!! What better way to celebrate the twelve days of Christmas than with a FREE gift!

Here is how it works: Every time you tweet, text, blog post, comment on facebook, email, like on Etsy, or tell a friend about Hoops For Hope, your name gets entered into a drawing for a free customizable embroidery hoop of your choosing! You can choose wording, coloring, size, and fabric. The giveaway starts today and will close at 5 PM eastern on Sunday December 18th, when the name will be drawn! Since I am not tech savvy enough to have a tracker on every time you mention Hoops For Hope, you will need to either comment on this post telling me what you did, or shoot me an email at HoopsForHopeEmbroidery@gmail.com

It can be as simple as: “Hey it’s Jane, I tweeted once, texted five friends, and sent an email to my mom.” This would equal Jane’s name being entered 7 times. Make sure you tell me who you are so your name can be entered!

Alright friends, get to your social networks, pick up your phone, and ready, set, go!

Advent

Christmas is in full swing in our house.... hot chocolate with marshmallows is the beverage of choice, Christmas movies have taken over our TV (we are currently watching Christmas Vacation... oh Clark.) and I am almost done with our Advent calendar-yes I know it's December 12th...... One of the best early Christmas gifts was my dear friend Eli coming up to visit - we did all of the things I had hoped for and then some. We cooked yummy dinners, we frolicked around Beantown, sat in coffee shops, ate delicious lunches, and had wonderful heart talks. It was a sweet visit.

This weekend was wonderfully restful, filled with two date nights with the hubs, Christmas shopping, church, and pizza with sweet friends.

And stay tuned because I am hoping to debut something I am really excited about very soon!!!!

She is almost here!

Yes people, Hudson and I are moments away from picking up my favorite red head and one of my best friends, Elisabeth, more affectionately known in our home as "Eli", from the airport! The next few days will be filled with good conversation, coffee shops, frolicking around the Christmas-decorated streets of Beantown, eating good food, pillow-talk, crafting, and just enjoying good company! This sweet lady loves people better than anyone I know. I will do my best to document the next few days - but just to get you as excited as I am about her coming...... here you go!

Tis' The Season

It wasn't long after my family headed home that I decided it was time to start decorating for Christmas.... just a few hours in fact! So.... we started with going to get a tree :) Below you will find some Christmas decor, Bear's Christmas sweater (which may or may not come off the whole month of December), Hudson's ornaments from growing up, some hot cocoa with green and red marshmallows, our first Christmas tree (yes it's petite, but we had to squeeze it into a nonexistent corner), and some very poorly lit pictures. Enjoy!

Full

Well my heart is full and my jeans are a little more snug thanks to my parents and sibs visiting Beantown this past week. We laughed, we ate, we walked (a lot!), we shopped, we learned, and we even had a talent show. In the weeks leading up to their visit I planned almost down to the minute with a fall-themed-color-coded itinerary of the Griswold Thanksgiving Extravaganza, and I have to say their visit was better than I could have ever planned for. Sooooo, I thought I would share their visit in pictures :)
